1 Year Anniversary - Prize Terms & Conditions
1. Invoice Refund Draw – Win Up To $8,888
• Entry is open to customers who finalise and pay an invoice at Ironman 4x4 Padstow on 7th March 2026.
• Each fully paid invoice constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.
• Customer names will be placed into a random draw conducted on the day.
Prize Details:
• One (1) winner will be randomly drawn.
• The winner will receive a refund of up to $8,888 AUD off their qualifying invoice.
• The refund applies to Ironman 4x4 products only.
• Labour, installation, third-party products, and non-Ironman items are excluded.
• If the invoice total for eligible Ironman 4x4 products is less than $8,888, only the invoice value will be refunded.
• No cash alternative will be provided.
Conditions:
• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
• Cancelled, refunded, or unpaid invoices are not eligible.
2. Chartered Fishing Trip Giveaway
• Entry is open to all attendees of the Ironman 4x4 Padstow Birthday Bash.
• Entry method may include in-store participation, purchase, or competition entry (as advertised on the day).
Prize Details:
• One (1) winner will receive a Chartered Fishing Trip in Sydney.
• Prize includes a day trip with a professional fishing charter team.
• Prize inclusions are subject to the charter provider’s terms.
Conditions:
• Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
• Booking dates are subject to availability.
• Winner is responsible for arranging suitable dates with the provider.
• Transport to and from the charter location is not included unless otherwise stated.
• Any additional costs not specified are the responsibility of the winner.
3. Ceramic Coating Giveaway – Showoff Detailing
• Entry is open to attendees who complete an entry form at the front door during the event.
• One (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Prize Details:
• One (1) winner will receive a Full Ceramic Coating Package provided by Showoff Detailing.
• Prize applies to one (1) vehicle only.
Conditions:
• Prize is not redeemable for cash.
• Prize is non-transferable.
• Booking is subject to Showoff Detailing availability.
• Vehicle condition requirements may apply (e.g., excessive damage, respray, contamination).
• Any additional services requested beyond the prize scope are at the winner’s expense.
General Conditions
• Winners will be selected via random draw.
• Winners may be announced on the day and/or contacted via provided details.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, a redraw may occur.
• Ironman 4x4 Padstow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions if required.
